This Director of Finance Operations will be responsible for ownership of the financial planning and analysis for Radial's fulfillment operation. They will directly partner with the SVP of FF operations, ensuring alignment across all operational teams and regions. Direct oversight and management over regional finance managers, as well as financial performance measurement and reporting. General department responsibilities include operations analysis, planning, financial forecasting, reporting, and capital management. The ideal candidate will have experience with team management/development and exceptional technical skills with Microsoft office applications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all finance activities for fulfillment operations, on point to provide strong business partnership, anticipate upcoming needs. This includes annual budgeting, forecasting expenses for each region/site, and monthly financial close

• Build and lead a high-performing analyst team focused on supporting operations. Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members to promote growth and advancement. Mentor and develop a strong finance team by actively recruiting and promoting talent

• Strategically partner with the SVP, Operations and their leadership team to ensure they are on track to hit their financial goals, influencing actions when necessary, as well as evaluating client & contract level profitability and cost controls

• Collaboratively develop company annual, and quarterly plans and goals, as well as forecasting throughout th year

• Identify and develop performance metrics in alignment with strategic goals. Lead the analysis and reporting of these metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and drive decision-making.

• Work with operations team on continuous improvement projects, identifying areas in need of improvement

• Leads cross functional meetings and initiatives to analyze and improve performance.

• Review and approve capital evaluations before presentment to Senior Leadership to ensure the business case is appropriate. Ensure there is tracking on capex projects and there is follow-up analysis on completed capex projects

• Drive the development of financial models/scenarios and ad hoc financial analysis to support management in their decision-making.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

• Supports new business initiatives and projects as they arise

  Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s is preferred)

• 10-12 Years Finance Experience, preferably with Operations Finance

• Business partnership experience required.

• Financial modeling experience is a must.

• Highly analytical with strong business sense

• Ability to generate business insights.

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams and foster a collaborative work culture.

• Experience presenting and communicating at executive levels.

  Desirable Requirements:

• SAP experience

• Planning software experience

• Prior experience in efficiently developing models or designing reports using financial systems tools.
