Radial is seeking a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Fulfillment Technology Analyst for its Burlington, NJ fulfillment center. Reporting to a US-based regional Fulfillment Technology Manager, this position will support all key aspects of the WMS application, including configuration setup, system and integration testing, production floor issues, triage and resolution, and interface monitoring/ resolution. The position will also support the facility operations team in defining and building reports and queries for key operational data. The WMS Fulfillment Technology Analyst is a critical team member in ensuring systems optimization and availability in a mission-critical, high availability environment.
The successful candidate will have experience with tier 1 warehouse management applications (preferably Manhattan WMOS platform), prior implementation experience, a solid testing background and excellent systems aptitude.
Support/ manage the configuration of the WMS application for the local fulfillment center to meet Radial operational requirements. This position will serve as a focal point, super user and subject matter expert for all site users.
Manage local WMS user setup and authorization maintenance, working with Radial’s corporate security and compliance groups as needed.
Serve as the first line of support and primary triage resource for any WMS issues reported by the local operations team.
Work with the regional Fulfillment Technology Manager and corporate Fulfillment Technology team in entering/ managing vendor support tickets with vendor(s).
Support the remaining client migrations from the current state legacy Manhattan Logistics Pro WMS application over to Manhattan Associates WMOS product suite.
Assist in the monitoring of all interfaces for the site to host order management, parcel, and material handling/ warehouse control systems.
Work with the facility operations and corporate teams on the definition and delivery of reports and operational queries as needed to support the business.
Work with facility operations resources in the development and delivery of system standard operating procedures (S.O.P.’s) and training materials that will be tailored to the local operation.
Contribute to the corporate Fulfillment Technology team in the definition and design of continual enhancement requests for the product.
Support the corporate Fulfillment Technology Team by executing any required local systems testing for code fixes or platform enhancements. This position will also assist with testing documentation.
Support the corporate Quality Assurance and E-Commerce Technology teams processing WMS requests as needed for Radial platform level end-to-end testing.
Support the overall Fulfillment Technology Team as needed in learning/ supporting other fulfillment technology solutions including SCI reporting, parcel management, warehouse control/ MHE, and labor management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years’ experience working with a tier -1 full scale warehouse management system, preferably Manhattan Associates products.
Previous systems implementation/testing experience.
Basic understanding of SQL.
Technical skills/acumen including software development methodology, systems integration experience.
Strong business acumen; particularly in order fulfillment, inventory control and/or distribution.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks in a fast paced environment.
Ability to travel when required to other fulfillment center facilities (5-10%).
Ability to support off shift hours and weekends on occasion as required.
