Job Summary:

The Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) Business Analyst Co-op will be responsible for helping to support the Enterprise project and product management tools for Radial internal stakeholders. The support will include data quality analysis and updates, user administration, issue resolution, ticket queue management, and other special projects as assigned. This individual will also be responsible for becoming a 'go-to' person for EPM team communications with our user community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing toolkit support for the roll-out of new Project Management processes and procedures

  • Becoming THE expert on process and user guides made available to our stakeholders and leveraging these materials in responding to user questions, including providing one-on-one demos as needed

  • Acting as a liaison between the EPM team and the user community, including gathering user requirements for new capabilities

  • QA Testing of tool configuration and functionality changes to the software tools our team manages

  • Contributing to the implementation of improvements in standard solutions and processes

  • Assisting the EPM team with surge efforts and system maintenance activities

  • A successful candidate will be analytically minded and have strong communication skills with an orientation for high quality customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills Strong communication skills specifically focused on task status

  • Strong organizing and planning skills Interest in process analysis, design, training and user support

  • Proven ability to work well in fast pace, constantly changing environment

  • Experience working in multi-location team settings

  • 1 year experience and/or relevant coursework and/or internships Interest in starting your career in technology, e-commerce, and/or retail industries Interest in data analytics and/or project management.

Desired Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Changepoint PPM or other Portfolio Project Management Tools

  • CA Agile Central or other Agile Tools

  • SharePoint SAP Qlik/ Qlikview or other Business Intelligence Tools.
