Fraud Detection and Analytics Supervisor
Location:King of Prussia, PA
The Fraud Team at Radial is looking for an experienced fraud professional to help lead a team of elite fraud fighters. The Supervisor position is slotted in our Fraud Review department and manages a team of best-in-class fraud analysts. Your primary function is to train and develop a team of analysts to ensure they consistently meet or exceed department goals and objectives. In addition, you will be tasked with managing queue volume to ensure productivity and efficiency standards are consistently met. The Supervisor role will be expected to proactively identify value added initiatives, owning them from inception to completion. This position will report directly to the Fraud Review Manager and work alongside a team of Fraud Review Supervisors. He or she will be expected to effectively manage cross-functional relationships. The Supervisor role requires the candidate to be self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail. As a leader in the department, the Fraud Review Supervisor will be held to meeting department goals and managing an extremely challenging card-not-present fraud climate.
Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years of management experience; preferably in e-commerce, banking, fraud or retail
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
Must be organized and be able to prioritize work
Proven ability to meet or exceed goals in a metrics driven organization
Effectively manage cross-functional relationships
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness and flexibility to work all shifts including weekends and overtime
Direct experience with e-commerce or bank fraud
Knowledge and/or experience with Oracle and/or SQL
Fluency in a foreign language a big plus – preferably Spanish, German, French or Italian
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Economics, Statistics, or Business related field
