Fraud Technology Optimization Program Manager

The Program Manager of Fraud Technology Optimization is responsible for identifying, developing, enabling and optimizing Radials fraud risk technology to enhance our Fraud Risk Decisioning. This includes working with internal and external partners to identify and implement the key fraud risk technologies that enable Radial to increase the speed and accuracy of all fraud review decisions. All potential and current fraud risk solutions need to be evaluated with data to confirm the value, fraud detection rate, friction, cost / benefit and ROI to support Radial Fraud Risk Decisioning.

Responsibilities:

Manage key fraud risk technology programs and proactively communicate and coordinate the status and next steps for all Fraud Risk Technology partners as noted below:

  • Fraud Risk Technology Opportunity - Program Description and Business Value

  • ROI

  • Incremental Lift / Value

  • Key Contacts

  • Challenges and plan to address / remove roadblocks

  • MBR (monthly and / or quarterly business reviews (plan, action items, etc.)

  • Status / Next steps / Risks

In addition, the Program Manager of Fraud Technology Optimization will work closely with the Rules Management team and other internal technology and business partners to optimize and manage the fraud risk decisioning tools for all incoming orders. This includes minimizing false positives, minimizing friction while identifying, constructing and implementing rules and strategies to minimize fraud losses while also minimizing friction to the merchant and consumer.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • ROI analysis and business case justification / review

  • Machine Learning Model performance, evaluation, optimization, acceptance criteria

  • New vendor / partner opportunity evaluation

  • Works closely with sales and technology to ensure Radial has the right tool set and capabilities to effectively stop fraud and fraud attacks

  • Proactively identifies new methods and processes to increase revenue and reduce cost and friction

  • Industry SME on data analytics, online fraud, and fraud risk mitigation software and solutions.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • 3 years of experience with Payment Technology, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Fraud Risk Technology or in related fields

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Management or other related field

  • Master’s degree preferred, Financial Risk Machine Learning / Data Science Analytics experience preferred

  • Demonstrated experience completing business case / ROI analysis and recommendations, and providing recommendations and decisions that are data driven
