At Radial, Sales Enablement Marketing is a vital function focused on increasing new logo acquisition, expanding share of wallet in growth accounts, increasing sales pipeline acceleration, and improving the overall effectiveness of Sales and Client Success teams. A driven and dynamic growth marketer, the Sales Enablement Marketing Leader will be responsible for architecting, implementing, managing and measuring robust account-based marketing, deal-based marketing, proposal production, and sales support programs..

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a strategic marketing plan enabling the effective targeting of growth accounts and new logos through customized, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Map sales processes with our customer’s buying process to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process, and tools are required to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage.

  • Lead the sales tools strategy, defining the required elements and driving messaging, development and delivery.

  • Manage internal communication and education for Sales and Client Success teams around new and planned marketing campaigns and assets.

  • Design and execute one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many marketing initiatives supporting renewals and new logo acquisition.

  • Deploy ready-to-carry-out marketing tactics and provide sales enablement on an account and segment basis leveraging multiple channels, including digital, and social media.

  • Oversight and continuous improvement of the proposal management and production environment and deliverables.

  • Drive marketing and sales effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes.

  • Lead the framing, coordination, and execution of commercial team kick-off meetings.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience designing and launching marketing programs from the ground up; scaling and localizing programs and content.

  • Proven track record executing innovative, data-driven, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledgeable about proposal best practices, workflow processes, content management and associated production activities.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator with finely-tuned organizational and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent people management, project management, and coaching skills.

  • Proactive with a willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals.

Work Experience & Education:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience – high-tech B2B strategic marketing, account-based marketing, field marketing, sales enablement

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing marketing resources

  • Bachelor's degree – Marketing, Communications, Business.Bachelors Degree or Equivalent - Marketing.
