Job Description Summary
The Back Office agent will be accountable for timely and accurate data entry completion. The primary function of this role is to manage and daily, weekly, and monthly reports e.g. Back Order reports and Return Exception Spread Sheets.They will also be responsible to assist the Distribution Centers with research and returns. They are responsible for client communication relating to various manual reports, processes, and spreadsheet maintenance to deliver customer satisfaction and client awareness. The Back Office Agent is expected to manage their time to meet deadlines in reporting.
Follow policies and procedures with high levels of accuracy
Proactively access reference materials, systems, and tools for all daily tasks
Accuracy in completion of the weekly Back order Report
Accuracy in completion of the Returns Exception Spreadsheet/Report
Assist with other reports that are due daily/weekly/ monthly
Integrity in reporting
Assist with research as requested, including returns research and customer history research
Receive, research, and respond to customer service requests to ensure customer response commitment time frames are met
Send customer email responses using templated responses
