We are searching for a Vice President of Regional Sales who will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth. This role will substantially grow Radial's business by leading the sales team who are focused on identifying new logo opportunities within dedicated geography. Will own a large portfolio of prospect accounts. VPs may not directly own accounts but will be responsible for the entire regional portfolio and targets. VPs may not directly own accounts but will be responsible for the entire regional portfolio and targets. Other responsibilities include:
Leading, managing and coaching the sales team
Formulate and execute regional new-logo strategy
Performance-manage Directors of Sales to ensure they are well equipped and well prepared to close opportunities (e.g., via weekly sales meeting with broader team, 1:1s with reps)
Support sales force by identifying and sharing best practices to leverage when engaging prospective clients
Generate leads and drive sales growth.
Engage with and negotiate with key influencers at strategically important prospects with reps to help close deals
Coordinate with Marketing to identify actionable opportunities to cultivate sales and drive top-line growth
- Attend industry events, conferences, and other networking events to generate new business for the company
The ideal Candidate will possess the following skillset:
Ability to performance manage and coach team of 8-10 individuals
Comprehensive knowledge of Radial's solutions and general economics of each
Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships
Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Ability to effectively negotiate with prospective clients
Strong systems knowledge and experience (e.g., Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce)
Willingness to travel within dedicated geography
Ability to analyze customer data and develop quantified value propositions
10+ years of prior Sales experience
Experience selling to C-Suite clients
Experience in selling integrated commerce solutions (e.g. fulfillment, omnichannel)
Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team of sales professionals
Proven track record of reaching and over delivering on sales targets
Existing relationships with prospective clientele
Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree is highly preferred
Ability to travel up to 30-50%
