Radial is seeking a seasoned product marketing professional that will report to the head of Products & Marketing. The primary goal for this position is to keenly understand current ecommerce consumer, retailer, and 3PL trends – particularly pertaining to fulfillment and transportation, payment processing, order routing, returns management, and analytics. By understanding customer business cases and reference implementations, this person will be responsible for influencing Radial’s go-to-market strategies that will help drive sales. The charter of this role will include business planning and opportunity validation, gaining internal support and alignment on solution design/requirements, messaging and positioning, content creation, and sales enablement. The role also calls for supporting lead-generation activities, as well as generating awareness and brand recognition, by establishing credibility as a subject matter expert and espousing best practices with prospects and industry analysts. As part of the Marketing leadership team this senior staff member will need to be a self-starter and have the ability to work effectively in high-energy, cross-functional teams, and be able to confidently communicate and work collaboratively with peers and senior executives with a high degree of credibility.

Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded, proven performer with equivalent experience at other ecommerce or 3PL companies. Experience marketing to midmarket and enterprise as well as to line of business and operations professionals is a plus.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document market trends, and their relevance to Radial portfolio and product strategy

  • Identify, define and quantify emerging market opportunities which can then be manifested into sales enablement and marketing campaign initiatives

  • Work with customers and product management to validate feasibility of relevant solutions, as well as value propositions

  • Understand unique requirements of regional markets across the Americas, and effectively communicate Radial’s Click to Delivery vision and marketing messages to these audiences

  • Functioning as subject matter expert and ecommerce evangelist, work with members of the marketing team to communicate solution strategy to media and analysts

  • Develop thought leadership, collateral, web site copy, sales tools, case studies, etc.

  • Work closely with the Product Management teams in the development of key positioning messages for product launches and press releases

  • Support Demand Generation team with awareness and lead-gen activities

  • Help increase brand awareness through social media and content syndication

    Skills / Qualifications:

  • 7+ years relevant experience marketing services and solutions to midmarket and enterprise companies

  • Product and solution marketing skills that include market opportunity validation and business planning, messaging and positioning, sales enablement and demand generation

  • Excellent communications skills using a variety of mediums including webinars, social media, thought leadership, solution briefs, and sales presentations; ability to simplify complex concepts that will resonate with broad audiences will be key

  • Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively with executives across lines of business, analysts and the media

  • Dedication and focus to drive results that will directly impact revenue growth

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or equivalent experience is required; MBA or masters in marketing related subjects is preferred.
